Telephone Based Surveys

Our ‘Telephone Based Surveys’ are completely flexible and transferable which means they can also be used for a multitude of purposes and across a range of sectors, from Local Authorities, through to Retailers and Visitor Attractions, amongst others. Our surveys are created bespoke, tailored to each project’s unique requirements. The major benefit of telephone based surveys is that they allow for follow up questions to be asked and more clarification and detail to be gathered, where needed. We often use this methodology as part of a blended approach to gathering data in conjunction with both Online and Intercept surveys.

Our philosophy is to keep telephone based surveys short and focused to ensure that respondents are not left frustrated. A couple of examples of how the service can be applied are highlighted below for illustration:

  • Local Authorities – We can use Telephone Based Surveys to help Local Authorities to engage with local businesses about various topics, from support around becoming carbon neutral through to understanding skills gaps and shortages.
