We’re looking for individuals, in all areas of the UK, to join our panel of field staff to undertake both Survey and Mystery Shopping assignments.
Undertaking Survey activity will usually involve you stopping and speaking to visitors in places such as Town Centres, Shopping Centres, Retail Stores or even Car Parks. The survey questions vary depending on the client and the research objective but you will always be fully briefed about what is required. The most important thing is that you are outgoing, reliable, methodical and you enjoy engaging with people to get their opinions on various topics.
Mystery Shopping will involve you telling us about your service experiences in shops, pubs, hotels and many more places. We work with some of the most recognised retail brands in the UK and they want to hear from people just like you so they can improve their customer service. We have a wide variety of assignments for you to choose from and once you have completed your assignment, all you need to do is fill in a questionnaire about your experience.
AND THE BEST BIT… We pay our Field staff per assignment and in some cases you will even get to keep the purchases! So, if you fancy earning yourself a little extra money and have a bit of spare time, mystery shopping for Retail Maxim could be for you!
